3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Livre Arbitre, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is intended for persons aged 16 or older.

4. Service Description

Livre Arbitre is an interactive story platform that allows users to:

5. User Account

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Rules of Use

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to:

7. Intellectual Property

The stories you create belong to you. By publishing them on Livre Arbitre, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, and worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote them on the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account. The Platform itself (code, design, "Livre Arbitre" brand) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the publisher.

8. Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. The data collected (email, name, date of birth, gender) is used to provide the service and personalize your reading experience. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Livre Arbitre is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Platform, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or data loss. We are not responsible for content published by users. Any content reported as inappropriate will be reviewed and may be removed.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts.
