How many participants, minimum and maximum?
From 5 to 100 participants per session, depending on the format (short icebreaker, half-day team building, long-form experience). Beyond 100, we run several parallel sessions.
How long does it take to design a custom experience?
Allow 4 to 8 weeks between the brief and the event day, depending on scenario complexity, experience length and any specific development. Short briefs can be delivered in 3 weeks.
What equipment do participants need?
A recent smartphone with an up-to-date browser. No app to download. A 4G or Wi-Fi connection is enough. No physical equipment required on the organizer's side.
Is the experience available in multiple languages?
Yes, the platform is natively bilingual French / English. Other languages can be supported on request, with extra time required for translation.
How are you GDPR compliant?
No personal data is collected from participants. Sessions are anonymous (a nickname is enough). Game data can be deleted at the end of the event, or kept on request for the debrief. Hosting in the European Union.
What are the billing terms?
Custom quote drawn up after scoping. Deposit on order, balance after the event. Pre-tax billing, French VAT applicable depending on your situation. (to refine)
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation several weeks before the event. After that, the deposit covers the design work already done. Exact terms detailed in the quote. (to refine)
Can we test before the event?
Yes, a 20-minute demo is systematically offered before signing. For custom experiences, a technical rehearsal session is included to validate the experience before the day itself.
Can the event run on-site and remotely?
Yes, the platform works identically on-site, remotely, or in hybrid mode (teams spread across several locations). No specific setup is required.
What happens if a participant runs into a technical issue?
Live technical support is available during the event (chat or phone). Participants can resume their session at any time from their smartphone — progress is saved continuously.
